How much can each of AZPAC's 3 luggage sizes pack?
We've been around luggage long enough to know that packing is very personal and unique to the individual traveler. But, if you're curious about which size might be best for your next trip, we threw together this general overview size guideline for your reference! Check it out below.
SMALL (Long Weekend / 4-6 Outfits) – Sized for weekend getaways and short business trips.
MEDIUM (1 – 2 Weeks / 6-12 Outfits) – Big enough for weeklong trips or long weekends for two.
LARGE or FIT (30+ Days / Lots of Outfits) – Ample space for longer trips or long-distance moves.
AZPAC fit most airline guidelines globally.
To meet the diverse needs of users, a mobile brake model has been developed. This brake model retains the original appearance and materials of the basic model but features the addition of the HINOMOTO rod brake linkage system. A brake button is installed at the rod seat, allowing one-touch control to stop the wheels. This provides immediate anti-slip functionality when navigating trains or slopes.

Currently, AZPAC has authorized dealers in Hong Kong and the Philippines. We also invite you to visit your closest AZPAC store for assistance.
Warranty / Repair
- In the first two years from the date of purchase, we offer full coverage.
If your luggage experiences any damage, whether due to airline mishandling, or any other issues, we will repair or replace it for you, without any questions asked. - If you need to have your AZPAC repaired, our team will be happy to assist you. We also invite you to visit your closest AZPAC store for assistance.When contacting us, we will ask you to kindly provide the serial number of your product and describe the issue you are encountering in your message.
AZPAC offers a lifetime guarantee for new suitcases purchased from July 1st, 2024.
AZPAC's lifetime guarantee covers all functional aspects of your AZPAC suitcase for the lifespan of your suitcase.
I purchased before July 1th 2024, what is my suitcase's guarantee?
AZPAC provides a 2-year guarantee for all suitcases purchased before July 1th, 2024 when registered online.
This guarantee only applies if the usability of the product is considerably adversely affected by a material or manufacturing fault already present at the time of hand-over (defect).

We reserve the right to void this warranty if we determine a claim to be dishonest or fraudulent.
